Bob Ross & Rosé

Bob Ross & Rosé - February 24, Saturday, 6:30 PM - Ages 21 and up. Sarett is teaming up with a local winery for an evening of art and libations as we follow along with a seasonal Bob Ross tutorial, looking out over the happy trees in our Great Room. MAPLE SUGAR MAGIC - March 2, Saturday, 11:00 AM - Welcome early spring with a demonstration on maple sugaring. Enjoy a talk and a stroll through the woods to learn how maple syrup is made. Learn to identify maple trees, how to tap and collect the sap and how to turn that sap into delicious amber syrup. Please call to register 269-927-4832. Space is limited! Volunteer Stewardship Day

STEWARDSHIP DAY - March 3, Sunday, 1:00-3:00 PM - Volunteers will have the opportunity to learn identification of key native & invasive species as well as learn the importance of native plant ecosystems. Please wear sturdy shoes, weather appropriate clothing, & bring water.

Bluebird Time - Sunday, March 10, Presentation at 2:00 PM and House Building at 2:45 PM- Spring is just around the corner and it is time to start thinking about nest boxes for bluebirds. Join us today to learn what it takes to provide successful bluebird habitat. Then join the naturalist to make a bluebird house to take home. Sarett’s Birding Bunch

Sarett's Birding Bunch - Saturday, March 23, 8:00 AM - Bird watchers of all levels are invited to welcome back the spring migrants! Meet at the nature center and we will leave together and drive to the birding destination of the week. Bring binoculars and a desire to learn about birds.
